My name is Rose Lyn Siano, and I am 30 years old.
I finished my Bachelor’s degree at Holy Name University in Bohol with a Bachelor of Elementary Education major in special education. After graduation, I landed a job as a customer service representative for 3 years, where I had a chance to communicate with native English speakers to address their issues with their internet service. Then, I began teaching in the public school where I currently work. I also worked as an ESL teacher for 2 years, where I gained experience working with a diverse group of students.
Throughout my teaching career, I’ve developed a passion for helping students improve their language proficiency and refined my ability to design engaging lesson plans that accommodate different learning styles. Additionally, I’ve had the chance to teach students at all skill levels, from beginners to experts, and I am comfortable modifying my approach to suit the demands of each unique pupil.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy listening to motivational speakers and watching TV. I believe that having interests outside of work helps me maintain a healthy work-life balance, which is important for my overall well-being.
